SHIPPING POLICY

At Lube Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Our return policy is simple and straightforward, and we are always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We focus on quality, so only packages that have not been opened can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot return Aeroshell, Fuchs products, this also applies to other products that have been specially ordered for you.

Dented package can never be a reason to refuse, exchange or return the goods. In the end we sell lubricants, the packaging is purely to provide the lubricant. If it is important to you that the packaging cannot be dented, contact us and we can offer pallet transport at an additional cost.

In case oil or grease has leaked, we will of course look for a solution.

Please note: bank and credit card charges are not refundable.

Cancellations

If the products have not yet left our warehouse, we may cancel your order unless it concerns Aeroshell, Fuchs,  or any other products ordered specifically for you.

If there is nothing we can do about it, we will have to adjust the order and do administration work for which we will charge £ 25 and  bank charges or credit card are non-refundable.

However, when products have left the warehouse, this means that we have to pay shipping costs to third parties, which can therefore no longer be cancelled.
